Salesman was great. Rick daily in finance was terrible. Salesman Jerry Johnson was great. Rick Dailey was awful. He promised a new windshield for my car because of a crack in it. When I was told the car was Salesman Jerry Johnson was great. Rick Dailey was awful. He promised a new windshield for my car because of a crack in it. When I was told the car was repaired and returned the same windshield was on the car. When I inquired about the new windshield Rick Daily told if it cracks any worse my insurance could pay for it. Was also waiting to get a dent fixed in the trunk lid. Rick said he would schedule the repair. After a week and half no one called. When I sent a text to Jerry asking if I should call the corporate office I was contacted in 5 minutes. Jerry got the new windshield in and the dent fixed. Jerry was very professional. Never heard from Rick. I guess he is to busy tellig people they can handle there problms themselves. More

Please consider this as a "first hand customer experience feedback".While the sales executive Mr Scott Nelson appeared as a perfect gentleman, the Sales Manager ("RH") was just the Opposite. Well, we do haggle on prices but that does come with a mandate - NOT to disrespect and NOT to misbehave. For courtesy's sake, I would not be taking the name of this Sales Manager - but he was not only arrogant but even made sure to say something as unnerving as making me feel that I was very unwelcome and he may well offer me a free car just because we were not aligned on the prices. It's truly shameful that Honda Cars of Mckinney reflects such a culture and a distasteful bearing. Maybe there are too many shoppers around that's why a single customer experience is irrelevant. As to my communication and interaction etiquette - Mr Scott was there as a witness. If at all this Business cares to do a review - please do so. More
