Felipe Fuentes was very rude and disrespectful and I would not recommend Honda cars of McKinney because of my experience dealing with Felipe Fuentes. The staff at Honda of McKinney were very friendly and timely. Bill, our car salesman was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased. He was always very courteous and had a good attitude. The sales manager, Johnny, was patient and helped us to get a good deal. We also felt that the finance manager, Billy, was so kind and helped explain the rates and finance details of the car very well. We felt like we were very well taken care of and are very excited about our new car purchase. This is long over due! This past year I had my car detailed and when I got it back it didn't meet my expectations! He saw to it that it was taken care of. I bought my used 2004 CR-V from this dealership in 2006. They were wonderful back then helping me find the perfect car. We bought our second and third Honda from Trae Gibson. He listens and tries to get the best deal for you. Harjit helped Trae on our last purchase and they both were awesome. Honda Cars of Mckinney treated me better than I can imagine. Long story short my Acura I bought there had a major transmission problem after the warranty was up. It was going to be $5,000 plus. They took care of me when they could have made it a drawn out painful process. I can't remember ever been this surprised by the service. They also threw in a free oil change and tire rotation. I'd recommend them to anyone. More
Mike Gabrini was honest and straight forward from the first time we spoke. He made my car buying experience the best possible. Mike was always prompt returning my calls or texts. Upon arriving to the Honda dealership in McKinney, Mike met me at the door with a smile. He had my car parked close and had keys in hand. Having completed the online credit application, Mike arranged for as much paperwork to be done in advance as possible. I have never had such efficient service when buying a new car. Usually I have camped out for half a day to complete the process. Mike had me to finance within an hour of my arrival. Rusty McDonald was a great help in finance. He is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured but left with lots of good information about my finance plan, service plan as well as GAP insurance. Rusty was also very efficient, but did not rush the process. After finance was complete, my new car was waiting,detailed and ready to go. Mike spent time in the car with me going over every detail. He offered to sync my phone to the car blue tooth, set up radio stations, Pandora, Facebook, ect. Obviously Mike cares about his customer's complete satisfaction. Regarding the price of my new Accord coupe, I was quoted an e-price over the phone including delivery fee and additional options. I was happy with the price but worried it may change once I arrived. I had my notes and was pleased with Mike had the exact figures and never tried to add a penny. This haggle-free atmosphere alleviated the stress usually found with car buying. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone I encountered at Honda in McKinney. I will definatley return for future purchases. More
I contacted Honda Cars of McKinney via the internet; Mr. Kevin Jones, contacted me with a very low price for the car I wanted; but when I arrived they brought out 2013 Accord, Pearl White, 4 cylinder with N Kevin Jones, contacted me with a very low price for the car I wanted; but when I arrived they brought out 2013 Accord, Pearl White, 4 cylinder with Navigation as I had requested. Then the BAIT and SWITCH began; here is the car had about $2500-3000 worth of add-ons. They had lured me from Austin Texas with a very low price then broke the news with a more expensive car. They were not forthcoming in the beginning when i asked for the dealer's cost, sales cost and drive out cost; they dodged the email request with vague statements that they could not provide that. When I sat down with them, they went immediately to Edmunds and showed me the car's cost which certainly was a lot more for the base cost than the $27, 400 they quoted. They are not to be trusted; I walked out and immediately when home to shower. Worst experience I have had in all my 40 years buying cars. BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH SALES APPROACH. More
