I purchased a used Acura MDX back in August. I have not received my permanent license plates and it is now December. My wife received a call back in September and she was told they needed the insurance inf received my permanent license plates and it is now December. My wife received a call back in September and she was told they needed the insurance info, she immediately sent it. Our temporary tags expired the first of October so I went up to dealer, after the tags expired, to get answers. I was not given an answer as to why but was called a few days later and told a new set of temporary tags would be overnighted. I have called, WITH NO RETURNED calls four times. Our second set of temporary tags will be expiring soon and I don't know what is going on. The worst part is the lack of communication. This morning I called and asked to speak with a GM. The person who answered took a message and told me I would hear back in minutes. I have not heard anything. More
