When to buy a used car was in Great conditions, no scratches or dents. Went to purchase it while I was filling out the paperwork they took it to detail it. When he arrived with the vehicle I saw that the passenger for was scratched and dented. I told him that when I came and looked at the vehicle the door was not like that. He did not give me any explanation.All he said to buff it out. I have already bought it AS-IS. He could not even admit that they were at fault when they took it to have it detailed. Even on the carfax report it did not indicate any damage on the door. More
The service is a sham less than a year ago I was told that they replaced my power steering pump however my power steering pump has gone out and it has caused my rack and pinion to have to be replaced whe that they replaced my power steering pump however my power steering pump has gone out and it has caused my rack and pinion to have to be replaced when other mechanics inspected it I was told the power steering looked as if it had never been replaced and should not have gone out in less than a year More
CORPORATE GREED AT ITS FINEST. Having negotiated a price, the dealership decided to increase the price by $8000, yep, $8000 because of the microchip shortage! Mind you, this car had been purchased prior to t the dealership decided to increase the price by $8000, yep, $8000 because of the microchip shortage! Mind you, this car had been purchased prior to the shortage so the dealership would have made money on the original agreed upon pricing but decided to screw customers over during a pandemic. Mind you, my family had purchased 5 Hondas at this dealership over the years so customer loyalty is not a factor. It is time for me to say goodbye to Honda. More
Devon was awesome as a salesman but they have a shady finance manager who feels he has the right to be a bully. He can tell the customer what they have to have on the car and be sure to check your inter finance manager who feels he has the right to be a bully. He can tell the customer what they have to have on the car and be sure to check your interest rates and credit report inquiries. He tried to run non Honda financing at a high interest which I find unethical and dishonest. Well we walked out. When I called back,, the Customer service guy seemed concerned. THE FOLLOW UP CALL DID NOT GO AS WELL. Basically I was told the finance manager can be a bully.. We drove down the road and got a great deal at David McDavid 2.9 Honda financing. More
We bought a used car in May 2019 from Honda of McKinney and thought we got a good deal until we went to trade in the vehicle this past November in 2020. We were told by 3 other independent dealers after t and thought we got a good deal until we went to trade in the vehicle this past November in 2020. We were told by 3 other independent dealers after the car was appraised that our car had significant Hail damage that was covered up. We went back to Honda and the Sales manager there Rick Dailey was no help at all. Today the original person who sold us the car called to check on us but did not want to discuss our issues. They called me and I didn’t call them... These people are crazy and I would not trust the ownership group at all as someone knew they pulled a fast one over on us. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer to purchase your vehicles from. We are not trained in looking for potential hail damage on cars but clearly Honda of McKinney knew that the car had a significant Hail event (even though the CarFax showed no Hail damage) they went ahead and sold us a car with significant hail damage that was covered up. Now the damage is starting to show in the paint and it’s costing us several thousand of dollars in value. Run ways from this dealership very fast! More

We LOVE this dealership! We just bought our third Honda from here, this time a CR-V.
