Since there aren't a lot of cars available David Fry helped me with looking at the Honda website and also for photos online of what the color combinations would look like when I actually got my car. He made the process very easy for me, I pre-ordered my car, and when it arrived he got it prepped for delivery and called me to come pick it up. They have some dealer add-ons that feel pricey in the beginning, but shop around a little bit and you'll see that other places have add-ons plus an additional markup just because there aren't a lot of cars around. I have bought Hondas from multiple dealers in multiple states, this was by far the most knowledgeable salesperson and the fastest process for being approved and paperwork signed. The longest part was me making up my mind, and luckily David was very patient. He even hurt himself while trying to show me a car, but still kept on going like a trooper. More

Amazing Service Team... My vehicle was completely dead (electronics issue related to recall) and could not be towed also since it was parked in tight garage and space was limited to drag it out using skid (electronics issue related to recall) and could not be towed also since it was parked in tight garage and space was limited to drag it out using skid plates etc. The service team understood my issue and did an amazing job of coordinating with their technicians so he can be dispatched to my location. They went way above and beyond to help me with this issue, constantly communicating and talking to his superiors and internal teams. From the time I called to completion - it took them 2 hrs end to end - resolve issue / coordinate internally and dispatch services to my vehicle. Excellent team work ! the Technicians were also very courteous and completed the job quickly. Keep it up !! More
