Bryan felt more like the negative stereotype of a car salesman trying to push us "deals" and unnecessary add ons. We felt more like a transaction rather than an interested customer. We were walking out due to an unexpected upsell when financing said they could remove the cost if we financed with them. While this might be part of the negotiating process, it didn't feel good to be yanked around. If we didn't know the general price of the car, it would feel like we're getting ripped off at various steps or that something shady was happening. Worked with Scott Snopik in financing. He was helpful in explaining everything and answering our questions. Overall, our car buying experience was hit and miss. Having people walk us through the sales process was helpful. Feeling like we're a sales transaction and not really trusting what Bryan said was not. More
