Salesmen can be pushy especially when a woman shows up at a dealership alone. This wasn't the case with Tony Delsol, my experience was easy with little wait time. He is very knowledgeable, determined, and a dealership alone. This wasn't the case with Tony Delsol, my experience was easy with little wait time. He is very knowledgeable, determined, and has patience. If he is still around in 3 to 4 years when I purchase my next Honda, he will be my choice. More

I had a less than favorable experience when purchasing my car from this dealership but have had decent experiences with the service department, so I usually come here for service even though another Honda de car from this dealership but have had decent experiences with the service department, so I usually come here for service even though another Honda dealership is about 10 mins from my home. However, after my last experience here with Rick Castillo, I will not be back. I came to the dealership to inquire about a wheel lock and the road hazard warranty on a set of tires I purchased from HCM and to have HCM repair a wheel that wouldn’t hold air for long. I was trying to explain to Rick that I couldn’t have the tire repaired at another place I’d taken it the day before because I didn’t have a wheel lock. I didn’t even know what it was or looked like! Because he kept interrupting me/cutting me off when I tried to explain myself, he assumed I just wanted a wheel lock and didn’t want to have the tire repaired there. I got up extra early to get there before the HCM filled up with customers, and he thinks I just want to get a wheel lock and pay someone else to replace a tire when a perfectly good service dept could possibly fix the issue right then and there, especially if my tire is covered by a road hazard warranty and can replace it free of charge?! Each time we talked, he kept saying the wheel lock is usually in the glove compartment, and I was trying to tell him I’ve never seen one there. He assumed I was saying that it was okay for Honda mechanics to look in my glove compartment during service when I was trying to explain that, since I bought the car, I’d never seen anything like a wheel lock in the glove compartment or anywhere else in the car. He needs to learn how to listen to customers and stop cutting them off just because he thinks he understands what they want or are trying to say. He just ended up frustrating me, and I’ll definitely be going to the Honda dealership 10 mins from my house rather than driving over 30 mins away to this one just because I wanted to stick with the dealership where I bought my car.
