I recently purchased a vehicle at Honda Cars of McKinney, and worked closely with Brandon B. I reached out to Brandon and several other dealerships, looking for a very specific vehicle that seemed impossible and worked closely with Brandon B. Brandon was extremely honest and transparent from the beginning in comparison to the service I felt I was receiving from other dealerships. I ended up going with another dealership only because they said they were able to get their hands on the vehicle I wanted. I purchased a vehicle from them and was waiting for it to arrive, only to find out a month later, that it wasn’t going to arrive. I immediately reached out to Brandon and explained this to him, and he was right from the get-go… he had told me that car wouldn’t arrive and he was right. So, he said he had some great news for me, and that he would get with his manager to see if it was possible to do a dealer trade, to secure the vehicle I wanted. Within a day he had great news for me! He gave me an estimated date of my new vehicle, and earlier than expected, I get a call from Honda Cars of McKinney, letting me know that my 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport in Boost Blue Pearl had arrived. Also, Brandon followed up with me 1-2 times per week letting me know that they still had not an exact arrival date, which I thought the follow ups were really nice. Because negotiating at a car dealership is a normal thing, I will say the negotiation process at the dealership did seem to be in my favor. And that’s what we want as consumers! The fact that this dealership is not doing excessive dealer market adjustments on new vehicles, is reason alone to purchase a vehicle from them. I paid $12,000 less here for the exact same vehicle at the dealership that I signed a contract for on at another dealership which the car never arrived. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, Brandon greeted me at my current car, and asked me right away if I wanted to head first to the new car to check it out. He seemed just as excited for me, as I was myself. So, I will absolutely continue to purchase vehicles from Brandon B at Honda Cars of McKinney. And he is someone I would even consider doing a brand switch for if he ever went to another dealership or brand. Head his way and let him know Joshua (with the Boost Blue Civic) sent you his way! Jerry in the used cars went over and beyond in helping us get all we could for our trade! So grateful for that. Eric in new cars was amazing. He was so patient and showed us all our options for a small suv for our daughter. When they actually got some cars in Eric was busy with another customer which we totally understand so he had his partner Brad Shokler finalize the deal. Brad was the most genuine kind hearted man I’ve ever dealt with in buying a vehicle. He shared his family experiences with me and we had some laughs and overall just a great guy to do business with! Ron the manager was also very kind and helpful. Oh and the finance guy Billy, he was awesome as well. Shared all the positive reasons why we might prefer a warranty but never did I feel pressured. Just an overall smooth and pleasant experience in purchasing our daughter a CRV. Thank you! More
