Really surprised to see rare negative reviews unless otherwise taken down; the whole time from beginning to closing quite not pleasant experiences, but tried to put up with it due to the supply & demand otherwise taken down; the whole time from beginning to closing quite not pleasant experiences, but tried to put up with it due to the supply & demand situation; however, this takes advantage of the situation and charge high mark-ups is one thing, a missed accessory until this date not being installed nor followed with a call to arrange. Kept on alerting the sales person, Paul Sonneborn to make it right and at least make sure promised accessories/options are properly provided and installed, but now no response period after the purchased was closed.
