After my vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver, Jimmy has been unreachable for over a month. To make matters worse, I just discovered that he added an extended warranty to my purchase without my consent. This unauthorized warranty is now delaying my GAP insurance process, as they won’t cancel it or respond to my inquiries. More
