Biggest issue with this dealership is the sneaky tactics. To start off, I was greeted my Isaiah who greeted me by saying "Yes sir?" and looked at me. He was not personable and flat out made me feel uncomfort More

At Honda Cars of Katy, we will jump through hoops to make a customer happy, however we sometimes have limitations. We had spoken on the phone with you and your wife many times and made the agreement that since you were already going to Tyler to purchase a vehicle for yourself, the one from us being for your wife, we would work numbers over the phone and hold the car for you until you were able to finalize your transactions in Tyler, then drive to Houston to finalize the purchase here. We did hold the car for you, only to receive a message that you would not be willing to drive to Houston after all, and that the deal was off. This was communicated during our daily meetings to all managers. Tiffany called you, in an effort to resurrect the deal and appease you, and offerred to meet you in Tyler, contingent upon your trade being as described. This process took a few hours and went well into the evening hours, as she had to locate a qualified appraiser and wait for him to get off work in order to meet you. It was necessary to appraise your trade before completion of the deal, as it was a high dollar, higliine vehicle, and could ill afford any issues, given the money we agreed to put in it. As this was going on,(Tiffany was making these arrangements from home, being off for the evening) another customer came in on the very car you wanted to buy. The appraiser from Terrell called Tiffany and told her that your trade had repaired and unrepaired hail damage, damage which you did not disclose when you described it. Tiffany texted to you that it should still be ok and she would call you in the morning, not knowing that another manager was at that time selling the vehicle you wanted. The selling manager, knowing only about your last communication that you were unwilling to make the drive, as agreed, to Houston, sold the car. The next morning, Tiffany came in to call you and finalize everything, discovered that the car had been sold, and the general sales manager called you to explain the situation. It is always risky for a dealership to conduct transactions such as this, we have to rely on your word to be here, as we keep if off the market based on that word, and we have to take the risk should your trade not come in as described. As you did not arrive here when promised, we thought it best to go to the extra trouble to take a look at your trade before we sent paperwork. This prolonged the process, but Tiffany was still willing to go through with the deal despite the slight hail damage, as so much time and effort had gone into it. We think your review is a bit unfair as we tried to accomodate you, even after you did not show as promised and did not tell the full story. But we know a customer's perception is reality and will strive in the future to be more clear in explaining that when an agreement is broken by the customer, we assume, as the selling manager did, that the car is again for sale. Thank you and we are sorry for the confusion.

I was interested in the Honda Civic lease deal listed on their website for $0 down at signing, first month payment waived and 35 payments @ $210/month. Wary of any advertised deals, I went to a Honda dealer More

One of the worst dealers around Houston area. Fortunately I didn't purchase any from them. Here is what I dislike about them: 1) Always try to use high prices to frame you. They treat you like an idiot. More
