Internet pricing here, and every other Honda dealer in the Houston market, is base pricing, and does not include destination, tax, title and license, or any dealer installed options. I'm assuming that this was not made clear to you, though it is disclosed on the internet quote sheets. Your husband did mention that you had to drive over 15 minutes to get here, and for that I sincerely apologize. Delano Palmer, our general sales manager, has left a message asking that you contact him in order to get this resolved. Thank you for the feedback, it will serve only to make us better. We're just sorry that we lost a customer through our process. We are actively working to improve the very issue you have with us.

I have looked over all the communication received from you and spoken with all the people involved. Originally you were quoted a car that we communicated to you was not in stock. You then asked for prices on various other cars. You asked for driveout price, but due to the fact that we communicated with you over a two week period starting at the beginning of December and you told us you were not purchasing until the end of the year, it's difficult to nail down a driveout.We don't know what we'll have in stock two months in the future. That's why we stated you'd have to add TT&l. The quotes we gave you were on the models you requested, some of which we made clear we did not have, with no dealer ads, since you said you would be willing to order a vehicle. when you did come in, we had to add tt&l, plus the dealer installed options on the car you finally picked out.Certainly Nicholas should have called you, and for that, as well as the rest of your experience, I apologize. we strive to be as accurate as possible when quoting prices, I think the switching of vehicles and the disparity of the time you were requesting prices versus when you told us you were planning on buying caused a bit of confusion. however, it;s our job to handle that confusion, and we clearly failed. We are deeply sorry and hope that we may be able to make it up to you in the future. Feel free to call me, Delano, at any time. Thank you.
