Had a tire replaced. Instead of putting the spare back where it belonged, it was placed inside the vehicle (E-350, modified handicapped van) where we have to anchor down my son's wheelchair. Unsatisfied with service received. Had a oil change, and routine inspection and got my vehicle detailed as well. Waited 4 hours just to get my vehicle back with someone's greasy fingerprints on my back seat routine inspection and got my vehicle detailed as well. Waited 4 hours just to get my vehicle back with someone's greasy fingerprints on my back seats that wasn't there before. Had I not already waited so long to get my vehicle I would have complained but I didn't want to take a risk of waiting who knows how long again for them to try and figure out how to clean my seats after they made a mistake. I will not receive another detail service. As much as I spent for the detail there should have been no errors. Carl did a good job keeping me updated when I asked about time but the rest of the service was poor. More
