My overall buying experience at Homer Skelton Ford of Millington was very good. The team members that worked with me were very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. T Millington was very good. They took the time to explain options and features that were include in the vehicle. I only have a few concerns about my visit. First, I feel the price of the new vehicle could have been discounted a little more to help meet my monthly payment limit. Second, I don't believe the after market features on my trade in, (remote start, alarm system and tinted windows) I added to the vehicle were given proper value and/or consideration in deciding my trade in allowance. Third, there was miscommunication as to a desired feature of mine, navigation, which this vehicle doesn't have. The sales members should be very clear as to what features are on the vehicle of interest and not leave any room for error. More
