Service was good, I was shocked by the amount of Ford Pass points that were taken for my first service. I was told when I bought my Bronco that the points I received would pay for 2-3 services. I took my truck this past Saturday morning to see about balancing my tires. I believe Amber was the young lady who was in charge of the service area that day.
