Maybe I should have went to Quickie Lube this time I've been using the dealership since I bought my truck. But when I make an appointment for an oil change well in advance, and state that I will be wai I've been using the dealership since I bought my truck. If you take the time to schedule maintenance 4 days in advance and are given an 8am time... I shouldn't have to wait this long. Especially for an oil change. Very disappointed with my last visit. VERY.. Also, the wifi wasn't working, and I was trying to work while I waited. I asked the ladies if they could reset it, but it didn't work the entire time I was there. I had to use the hotspot on my phone, which I shouldn't have had to do. The lady at the customer service desk was pretty rude about it also, in my opinion. One more thing, I scheduled the service, because I had a free "the works" with my new Ford Pass points, but the lady said I couldn't have it until I logged into the app and accepted terms and conditions, so I had to pay for it, since I couldn't get the app to come up, because the wifi was down. My oil change should have been free. More
