Scheduled service appointment for 7/7/20, due to a Month-long subtle “knock, pop, thump, etc.” that occurs sporadically during or just after applying brakes. Technicians were unable to hear anything s Month-long subtle “knock, pop, thump, etc.” that occurs sporadically during or just after applying brakes. Technicians were unable to hear anything so no repairs were made. They said checking the undercarriage revealed nothing unusual, as everything appeared normal. While driving home, the noise was heard several more times. Disappointed and dissatisfied that the service department could not locate and remedy the problem on our new Ford Expedition (2,745 miles). We are certainly not chronic complainers and don’t return new vehicles unless there’s a need for attention. Service department personnel were polite, professional and appeared genuinely concerned about our issue, however it remains unresolved. More

Sadly, I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I saw a 2019 Ford Fusion SE that I wanted. The dealership was asking $17,400. It had 25,000 miles and had been sitting on their lot for 4 months acco I saw a 2019 Ford Fusion SE that I wanted. The dealership was asking $17,400. It had 25,000 miles and had been sitting on their lot for 4 months according to their ad on CarGuru. I was also told this dealership takes care of healthcare workers by offering them a $500 discount on their cars. I was very appreciative of this but never got this discount. I offered $16,500 telling them I planned to drop a substantial down payment ($10k) and finance the rest. I told Mr Bobbie Percer, my sales rep, and he relayed this to Mr Richard Cramer. Richard plainly said no. I was taken back that Richard didn’t negotiate or anything but out of good faith I came off the price $500 and gave another offer of $17,000. Again, Richard said no. He did not come off the price at all. I was a bit shocked Richard would let a mere $400 get in the way of a $17,000+ sale but I decided to simply wait and think if this was really a dealership I want to work with. The following day, Richard had the audacity to send me an email that said something along the lines of “Give me an obstacle that stopped you from buying the Fusion and I will accept this challenge”. I plainly replied that my obstacle was the $400 that he was unwilling to come off the price. I never received a response. Mr Percer then called me back asking if I had made a decision on the car. I told him that my offer still stands of $17,000. I also informed Mr Bobbie of the email I received from Richard. With this new information, Bobbie again relayed my offer to Richard. Despite this email seemingly showing Richard wanted my business, he AGAIN would not come off the price. Finally I reminded the dealership of the $500 discount they give to healthcare workers as that would address the issue we are clearly having. I never received a response. I could not be more dissatisfied with a dealership, specifically due to Richard Cramer. I will obviously not be returning here. With that being said, if anyone is reading this looking for a good dealership, I ended up going to Jerry Ward Autoplex in Union City. I ended up getting the exact same car, (Make, Model, Style, etc) with less mileage for only $16,000. They are the highest rated dealership on dealerrater and I had an amazing experience.
