Purchased a 2021 F150 from them and noticed a charge on the window invoice for Premium tint. I had the windows tinted myself and asked them what this charge was. They told me for window tint. They said yes and I have never received the refund. After arguing with the "Sales" manager, I have given up and called the BBB and am seeking legal counsel. Do not do business with these crooks! More
I want to share my story with all of you in hopes that you will never fall into the same problem I did. PLEASE!!!! steer clear of this place and their service department. I Brought my car in for a simple you will never fall into the same problem I did. PLEASE!!!! steer clear of this place and their service department. I Brought my car in for a simple recall. When I gave them my car there was no issue with my car. My vehicle was 6 months old with a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED WARRANTY and an extended warranty for good measure from another dealership. While completing the work, Jim Domino stated they found issues with my vehicle and it would cost roughly $5000 to fix. They manage to use my warranty to cover a lot of the work but I still came out of pocket roughly $1300. Upon receiving my vehicle back, the day I got it there was a loud and destructive popping noise it was so unbearable and unsafe I thought I was going to crash with my children in the car. Jim Domino requested I bring the vehicle back and they would look into it. I brought the vehicle back and they kept it for roughly 7 more days. When I received the car back they said they tightened everything and it should be good to go. Within 48 hours the sound returned even more violently. I brought the vehicle back and they requested I take a ride with the mechanic. Within 20 seconds the mechanic heard the noise stated, "oh that's not good!" We then turned and went back to the dealership. Upon returning with the vehicle, they gave me a loaner vehicle on January 4th. They kept MY vehicle for roughly a month and returned it February 1st. (If you're keeping track thats almost 45 total however days without my car) however upon returning it they told me I need to spend another $2500 to fix the issue. I don't understand how when they took my car there was no issue but now for some reason I'm out of luck and need to spend roughly $4000 out of pocket to fix it. I have the paperwork saying this issue was done at their shop AFTER THEIR repairs, and not before I brought them the vehicle.(I will enclose the picture saying this and the verbage for you all to see).This is a terrible situation and I don't want it to happen to anyone else. I will tell this story and put this review everywhere!! If I can save 1 person from going through what I have it will all be worth it in the end. I am now stuck with a vehicle they have damaged that puts my family in risk. Especially my 3 children. Please all of you stay clear from here and do not fall into their service trap!! More
Very friendly, the salesman, Bryan Atkins was great. Very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks he showed us. Explained the differences between the various options and models we were looking at. The sales manager and the finance manager were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone. More
Buyer beware! They are not truthful. I was sold a truck that supposedly had a 3.5V6 engine and a tow package. It had neither. Took Advantage of my 75 year old Parents If I could put less than 1 star I would. My parents went in last July to trade-in and purchase a new car. They are on a fixed income( they are 75 years old) and was trying to stay close to their current payment. They walked out with a $687 payment (almost $300 more than their current payment). Looking at the paperwork I noticed the income that the dealer stated on their credit application was over $3000 a month more than what they really make. I called the dealer and asked to speak to a manager to discuss and was told that they didn't do anything wrong and the "income was close to what they made", really?? They would have never qualified for this type of loan without the dealer falsifying the credit application to the bank. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was told they would call me. I never received a call, imagine that! I also told the manager Chris that I spoke with that I guess I need to contact the Attorney General he said "well I guess you do what you gotta do" I shouldn't be surprised. More

Incompetence = wasted time Came in for a scheduled oil change at 3pm. By 5pm nobody had seen me and the buzzer in my hand had not gone off yet. I was not in the system and was told my car never left the service area because no ticket was in my car. They did a fine job of moving my car out of the way though. Service pro tip: if your employees spend less time chit chatting and actually greeting service customers this mistake would not happen. Pure incompetence from the service employees and the cashier. But hey, they are going to have 2 guys do my oil change so I only have to wait another 45 minutes. More

Warranty replacement of tires. RV dealer took RV here to have recalled Michelins replaced. I later called Michelin who stated that they owned BFG and they were out of my tire in the Michelin brand , BUT I could have BFG's instead , HOWEVER they ARE of a lower quality , and I should have been informed of that fact , and given other options.
