Horrible Service Department - Voids Warranty Took my 2016 Honda Accord in after a CEL came on. They broke down my engine without being authorized at all. Blamed a KNOWN ISSUE with VCM/VTEC on me. Took my 2016 Honda Accord in after a CEL came on. They broke down my engine without being authorized at all. Blamed a KNOWN ISSUE with VCM/VTEC on me. Refused to put the car back together without being paid. Stated would void my warranty if I took the car elsewhere to get repaired, even another Honda Service Department. DO NOT BUY HONDA, DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. I have been a long time supporter of Honda, even after being warned about their tendency to deny warranty claims on engine issues - despite being sued successfully for VCM issues and denying claims. More

Our alternator went out on our 2008 Odyssey (140,000+ miles!) about 30 outside of Shreveport. After a tow from AAA, our Odyssey spent the night at Holmes Honda and in less than 24 hours, we were once again on our way to Florida. Peter Schilling was our service advisor and was excellent. The waiting area is large, comfortable, and very clean. Sodas, snacks, coffee, water all complementary. WiFi great plus some desktop computers available if you need to log in and don't have a laptop. Magazines and newspapers all current. Clean restrooms. Was also able to speak with a sales advisor, Karen Barnes, who spent time discussing the 2017 and 2018 Odysseys. Even though she knew we lived in Dallas and were just passing through, she spent time with us and gave us new model information. More

Customer service at its best I went to Holmes Honda looking to purchase a 2011 BMW that I saw online and ended up buying a 2017 Honda Accord sport thanks to my salesman John Young I went to Holmes Honda looking to purchase a 2011 BMW that I saw online and ended up buying a 2017 Honda Accord sport thanks to my salesman John Young. He was nice, respectful, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable about the product I was looking to purchase. The buying process was a little lengthy due to addition things the dealership kept requesting that I bring in. Overall John Young made sure that this lengthy process ran as smooth as possible. I never once had to contact him. He contacted me daily to update me on where we were in the process and made sure that any concerns I had were taken care of. Also Eugene Boyd played a major role in closing this deal as well. I was ready to walk away from my car deal because the money they wanted me to put down and the interest rate I was given were beyond ridiculous in my eyes and I didn't actually need a car I just wanted a new one. Eugene Boyd stepped in and he was able to get me the lowest possible interest rate and down payment. These are two very professional gentlemen who will go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of their customers and because of their level of professionalism I am happy to say that I am a customer of Holmes Honda. Ask for John Young and he will treat you the way I was treated. Good luck and buy Honda! More
Awesome experience! My wife and I came in to look at the Honda Pilot. Ronnie Adams met us in the parking and asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. I told him what we were looking for and he got the keys and said, let's go for a drive. He never tried to pressure us into buying the car which was great. I hate it when some dealers make you feel like you have to get the car today. We took the car for a drive and then came in and talked payments and what options we wanted. We told him what we wanted to pay and agreed on the payment pretty quickly. He said it may take a few days to get the car I wanted. Within a few days my car was there. I came in and picked it up. The process was pretty quick. Mr. Adams took the time to get my car washed and filled up with with gas. He also went over the car in detail before I left. He was very helpful. He did an outstanding job! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda in the future. More

Had I gotten a different sales "professional", I'm sure it would have been a much better outcome. In my opinion, a "professional" does not touch his customers. He does not make remarks that could be taken in a negative way and he does not try to demean you and make you look as though you have no idea of what is going on. I did not want a vehicle with leather seats for my own personal reasons. I sat in a vehicle with leather interior because it was the only ones of that model that they had according to Ronnie Adams. He sat on the passenger side and rubbed the arm of my leather jacket and said you don't like leather seats but you like leather jackets. Then he proceeded to ask me if I didn't like the leather seats because I wear shorts and skirts. I said yes I don't like having to cover the seats and then I got out of the vehicle because at this point I was feeling very uncomfortable. When he was giving me his "good" deal on the vehicle and my trade, I was totally set back by his lack of respect of me and in thinking that I would not know any better than to accept what he was trying to present to me. My vehicle is not by any means ragged out, yet he was offering me the trade price of a vehicle that would not be considered as even in good condition. I can understand that they can only allow so much on a new vehicle but his offer was in no way appealing or even decent enough to be considered and the way he talked to me was humiliating. I told him I was going to be shopping other dealerships as well and he proceeded to talk down the vehicles that I had planned to look at. I told him they were not the only dealership out there and I would be looking elsewhere. I had to ask him to get my keys 3 times before he got them for me. I will not be going back to this dealership. I did receive a call from customer service asking about my experience there and I told her about it. She had the General Sales Manager to call me and I explained to him that this was in no way a pleasant experience. Also, I'm wondering why the other reviews that were less than favorable are no longer on the site. I know personally of one review that was apparently removed. These reviews will be posted in other places. People read the reviews for a reason and they want to see the bad as well as the good. More

After purchasing my car, Ronnie checked in on me from time to time to make sure I was still enjoying my vehicle as well as further discussions of making a purchase for another vehicle for my fiance. Unfortunately, I recently was involved in a car accident in my Civic and Ronnie even took time out of his day to make sure I was ok and offer any help he could during my situation. That is absolutely what you call 100% customer satisfaction.
