Mr. Price said they would take my Lexus back and pay the fee $350.00. I agreed signed all the paperwork. Guess what, they never paid it. I got a phone call this morning from Lexus. Went to LAUDERDALE INFINITY they said I didn’t sign some paper saying that they were to pay. I signed so many papers. They didn’t put it in. THEY LIED. I would never recommend them to anyone. I was with Lexus for many years never had a problem. Can’t wait to get rid of this car. It drives like a truck. More

Now Tesla’s are a different breed from your average gas-powered automobile, so I was pleased that Henri had taken some time to research the product and could speak intelligently about all the unique features. He offered test drives, both early and then when I was seriously considering the vehicle. When we couldn’t reach consensus on the value of my trade, he asked the Sales Manager to visit with me and I ended up with a considerably improved deal. He worked hard to make the deal happen while I never felt pressured to buy. He made sure the car was fully charged when I arrived to pick it up and when the car was caught in a rain shower while I was meeting with the F&I Manamger, he went out to dry it off. I spoke to several people during the course of 3 weeks. However, one morning I spoke directly to a manager (Jay) and he brought me to Henri So he could assist me and everything I had doubts about and wasn’t fully comfortable with, Henri helped me and was very transparent abou every aspect of the sale. He is very honest, kind and will go above and beyond to help his customers. Henri went over every detail of my purchase very clearly, including bringing my attention to the difference in prices for future tire replacements. He looks at every possible detail so you can make the most educated decision possible about your purchase and even take into consideration which car will cost more to service, repair and it’s future value when you eventually sell the car you purchase from him. There is no part of the car I purchased that he didn’t throughly go over and inspect. I fully trust his interest is making the client happy and knowledgeable about the purchase. He continues checking on his clients over time to make sure we are still receiving the best service available when we bring the car for any type of service or maintenance. Infinity of Fort Lauderdale most importantly to me, aside from having a trustworthy and kind sales representative, they have very good competitive prices in a variety of makes and models. Their inventory of BMWs is second largest only to an exclusive BMW dealership. You won’t find better prices for pre owned luxury cars anywhere else, I searched for 3 weeks all over Broward County and came right back to the very first dealership I visited. Jay is also a great manager if you find yourself in need of someone that can work with you on any aspect which is out of your sales representatives hands. Also Andrea is extremely kind and knowledgeable during the financing meeting, she is extremely thorough and has a very positive attitude, which makes the process of taking out a loan, which nobody likes, as stress free as possible. They are definitely a great choice for your next luxury car purchase location. More
