HORRIBLE !’ No no no run away Retired Lt special operations 75 ranger battalion And I will say this I read these reviews and I thought they made me think almost like they hav Retired Lt special operations 75 ranger battalion And I will say this I read these reviews and I thought they made me think almost like they have someone writing them that works there due to the Over zealous and just crazy excitement that no Human would rightfully have any kind of experience dealing with this bunch better to read the negatives that way u realize you have real reviews and the names of half of the positives are all kind of the same style so I feel that they are bogus honest opinion And I’m sure they will answer with some response which I would only hope that I will be able to give u fair warning before spending a penny with this bunch of characters./ So before I go into honestly I think all these reviews are bogus after what I just went through I am from houston and called there approved with a cashiers check from the credit union and these were the rudest bunch of characters I have dealt with and So Beyond the point of something I would call disrespectful to where they literally were telling me The cashiers check from my credit union that I had to literally be ignored for 3 days and countinue to be given run around about everything and each person I spoke to sales people would say they had to speak to manager and I would’ve had to wait 7-10 business days for it to clear to make sure that navy federal credit union my credit unions check cashiers check at that would clear with their bank before I can take a vehicle after they charge me some ridiculous $800 dealer fee that ( is ok for gross purposes only the manager straight up told me it’s profit reasons bottom line after giving me some xx that it’s for cleaning car etc) huge scam dealer fee is a fee charge by dealer and they have one of the highest ones period... and they will not take off so that’s on top all their price on the cars which I was OK with that I wanted the car needless to say they blew me off last night business and I just bought a Corvette the same day at another dealer my recommendation stay far far away from this place until they get new employees... I will leave the names of people that I dealt with out of this but I will say that I can promise you if their GM or owner knew how I was treated I can promise you somebody would see why the sales are down and I have contacted attorney general for deceptive sales tactics on lying about dealer fee as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau. By far one if the worst experiences I have Ever came accross and the sales people there are having to deal with these over zealous managers that really are clueless of this business Or how to treat those that try and do business and I have bought over 15 vehicles in the past 10 years between my wife and I and I will tell u if one thing stay away .. find a dealer that don’t write fake reviews and treat veterans that spent 41/2 years in what any normal person couldnt go thru and the rest would call it xxxx.. to have someone that treats u and disresopt u it’s simple very sad and I ask that u go elsewhere it’s not what I wish anyone else to Go through More

As a young female trying to buy a car for the first time, he was able to walk me through the entire process with such ease and a comfortable atmosphere. I have been in search of a car for over a month and was quit frankly over all dealerships and car salesman. Juan answered all my questions (about 500) with no hesitation and gave me honest advice while helping me enjoy my first time buying a car.
