What we found when we got there was not only the best price around but an extremely helpful and courteous staff. Sharon Bailey greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions and made what could be a stressful experience an enjoyable experience. The rest of the staff from the managers to the finance people worked with us until we were happy with the deal. Needless to say, we loved Lauderdale Infiniti and we love the QX 60! More

Never buying from here again They sold us a used 2019 Ford Flex with a broken key and refused to replace it. Rufus, the salesman, knew the key was broken, told us to replace the b They sold us a used 2019 Ford Flex with a broken key and refused to replace it. Rufus, the salesman, knew the key was broken, told us to replace the battery which we did and it was still broken. Manager was extremely unhelpful and did not care to fix the problem. They told us to take it to a dealership and get it replaced under the factory warranty. So far I have spent 3 hours on the phone with countless people trying to fix this problem and have spoken with Ford dealerships. I spent 3 hours at another dealership yesterday trying to diagnose the key problem. I have to order the key and go back for at least another hour to get it programmed. I should not have to spend countless hours solving this problem when Lauderdale Infiniti should have NEVER sold a car with a broken key. Once Lauderdale Infiniti got our money, they refused to help us or fix their careless mistake. We will never buy another car from Lauderdale Infiniti or the Dolmen Group again. Very poor customer service and inefficient management. More
1000 mile check up I've only had the vehicle for a month or so, so this was just really a check up. Everything went smoothly, Prompt courteous service team. The waiting area for the service dept is almost right on the sales floor, we all heard the general manager give the floor manager a major lecture for being late that day. Not something I need or want to hear. Also waiting room is a poor word for it, it is a cafe with high tops and stools which are very uncomforatble to sit on for any length of time, and only 3 comfortable chairs. Fairly lame. Even Nissan in pompano has a better set up. More

Length of time for service: Lengthy (almost 2 hours). "Car Wash': OK. Conclusion of service with service department: Bland and uninformative. No info offered regarding the services rendered and warranty. I was just handed my keys and told, "You're good to go." Overall experience: 3/5. More
