I’m waiting for my bank to be refunded for the warranty and I’m not happy with the handling of the refund of the warranty and gap insurance. The dealer could have printed a new contract to exclude the warranty I’m not happy with the handling of the refund of the warranty and gap insurance. The dealer could have printed a new contract to exclude the warranty and gap but they did not. Instead the bank funded the full loan amount and now I’m out of over 300 dollars in extra taxes and the bank has not received the refund from the dealer totaling 5k. I purchased the vehicle on 7/31 and went in to the dealer to cancel the warranty on August 5th. I had to wait over 2 hours just to cancel. The finance person had left for the day and was off the next 2 days. At this point I’m not even sure if it was cancel because I was asked to leave the form for the finance person to fill out. I have not heard from this dealership at all other than from the service manager and to put in reviews but no word on the refund! More

Fantastic Overall! I purchased my 2017 Infinity at the Fort Lauderdale store. I then moved north, and had my first scheduled service done at the Stuart location. I was not unhappy with the servicing at Stuart, but I did subsequently have some issues with the vehicle and thought it best to bring the car for service, where I purchased it. Thomas was great, and my issues were addressed 100% to my satisfaction. The steering wheel had some discoloration, and Infinity is replacing it entirely. I also had the car detailed while there, and it was showroom clean and shiny when I picked it up! More
