A few minutes later he came back and introduced me to Paul, who they called in early just for me. Paul was amazing!!! The best iv ever dealt with at a dealership. He was patient, not pushy and found me exactly what I wanted. He desk is covered in awards and for good reason, he deserves more. I’m so happy with my car and the experience. Typical used care salesman The salesman I dealt with was dishonest, careless and incompetent. Had to go back to the dealership to get cosmetic work done on the car after he said The salesman I dealt with was dishonest, careless and incompetent. Had to go back to the dealership to get cosmetic work done on the car after he said it was done. He sold me the car with extra floor mats in the trunk. Once home, I noticed the floor mats were no longer there. Since I had to bring the car back, he promised a loaner. The salesman did not have the loaner ready for us. Then there were none on the lot. After several hours, they dropped us off at a car rental place. The car was not ready when promised (by 10am 4 days later). We did not receive a courtesy call when the car was ready for pick-up. I found out it was ready when scanning my emails at night. He didn't even have the courtesy of bringing the car keys out when we came to pick the car up. So unprofessional! More
