Not impressed Had to come back more than once for the same thing. I did and they had no idea who to transfer me to because there was no name on the post. I gave that info in the response still no word back. Also had another person call me to ask me about service she took down the info and was going to give it to a manager , still no word from that. My car was extremely dirty upon pickup even though I dropped it off clean, there are still dots on my dash that I can’t remove idk what you guys did to my car but I’m not pleased and am still waiting to hear back ... Once more!!! As a snowbird who leaves her car with a disconnected battery for 7 months of the year I never have to worry. As soon as I arrive in Florida I call Infinity (and they take me right away) to give my 2002 Infinity Q45 the once over. It gets checked out by Thomas and I then have confidence that there are no problems for the next 5 months. BRAVO THOMAS. More
