Holman Honda’s seamless process was a pleasure as expected (our third). With a year left on our 2019 Accord lease, we called to determine the difference for a 2021 CRV. I bought my first car here and I deeply regret it. The customer service is all great when they want your money, but god forbid you have a problem they don't get back to you. If they do, after you've tried customer service is all great when they want your money, but god forbid you have a problem they don't get back to you. If they do, after you've tried for days on end, they don't help you. All they care about is their sales numbers, if you go on the last day of the month (like I unfortunately did), they emphasize on how bad they want to close a sale that day to finish off the month. In my experience, they sold me a preowned vehicle with a broken USB port and told me get it fixed at any other honda dealership with no issues since it's "under warranty" for no additional cost, yet I was told something completely different at two other dealerships and told I would in fact need to pay for the initial diagnosis and possibly the repair (which was sold by the dealership like that to begin with). The finance guy, Chris, never gets back to you by phone so don't even bother. Matter of fact, don't buy the warranties they lure you into buying in the first place. It takes months to try to cancel and when you do, the finance department STILL doesn't get back to you on the status for two weeks and your only chance in getting a hold of anyone is by hoping the general manager will call you back. I will never consider buying another vehicle here and will tell everyone I know to stay away. More
