Poor quality service from technician, Edy Waited two hours for a oil-change and inspection when it seemed not busy, no one around, Those who did come in, came in and out while I remained waiti Waited two hours for a oil-change and inspection when it seemed not busy, no one around, Those who did come in, came in and out while I remained waiting. I eventually got a list of work that should be done, to an amount of $3,200(!!!) when I asked to do the simple car inspection. I felt I was being had! When finally I got a bill of $82 for an oil change (!!!), I noticed my car was not washed, as per my request upon arrival. When I asked again to get it washed, I was informed that they were backlogged and would take another 45 minutes!!! Why? No one was around!!!! Though very quiet, the technician, Edy, managed to have a snack while speaking with me... eating his peanuts (or whatever) made it even more difficult to understand him when talking to me. Very poor quality of service. I was very disapponted... More
