New car purchase I had an appointment scheduled at 11:15 o n Monday June 8. I waited around and no one approached me. No one was seated at the info desk. Finally the sales manager came out and asked me how he could help. He got a salesman, Cesar for me and I told him what I was looking for. Cesar took control and provided an excellent professional sales experience for me. He was able to allow me to take the Honda civic touring for a drive. It was sitting right outside the showroom. I was originally going to purchase another accord. I asked Cesar if there were other colors and he said there was one on the lot if I wanted to walk out and look at it since I was undecided in the color. I was glad he did and was very accommodating. I chose the white one and we did all of the paperwork and I went home to get the title and clean out my car. when I returned the car was ready for me. I was paying cash with a check and that was a little bit of a problem since the telecheck confirmation was not working. I had to go the bank to get a cashiers check which I really did not want to do because of the Virus situation. But it all worked out and I am happy with the car. I would have preferred maybe Cesar going over some of the things on the car more since I never had a car with the monitor etc. however I have contacted Cesar and he will meet with me at the dealership and will go over some of my questions. He is excellent with his customer service and I appreciate that. More
