I went in on Dec 30, 2023 because I saw the car I wanted. Kelvin Frasier the sales associate was very friendly and welcoming to the dealer. Everything went smooth and we agreed on the price. It was untill I had to deal with the Finance Manager Alison Hochberg where I almost walked out of the whole deal. Her condecending approach on finalizing the deal was very uneasy. Her arrogance when trying to sell me extra coverages and things I dont need, made me feel truly disrespected. Like my prescense there was wasting her time. Maybe because it was a same sex couple, Mrs Hochberg should take a sensitivity course on how to better listen to customers from different lifestyles and backgrounds. Also she must be aware on how to show some custummer support skills and ethics no matter if the customer refuses extra coverages. People come from different walks of life before they become customers. Perhaps this woman should take a breather, a vacation, a reality check. I trust that this message can make a difference that can have a possitive impact on the future of Holman Honda. More
