Recall not honored I took my vehicle in for an issue with AC not cooling and after research noticed this was a common issue with 2017 Civics. Because there was a dent on I took my vehicle in for an issue with AC not cooling and after research noticed this was a common issue with 2017 Civics. Because there was a dent on the condenser in an area away from where the leak developed due to the manufacturing issue, Holman would not honor the recall on the product. They said it was because Honda would not reimburse them for the issue. More
