I was quoted a price over the phone by Steve and when I showed up 4 hours later the price was still the same. He was very friendly and the entire process was completely painless and pleasant. Steve took the time to tell me about all the features the car and Honda financial offered, I even learned things I hadn't known in the past considering this was my 4th Honda purchase! It was getting late so when it was time to see the finance guy I told him up front I wasn't interested in any extras and he didn't even try and sell me anything after my request. He was so quick and efficient I was out of his office and in my new car 5 minutes later! I highly recommend Holman Honda!!! More

Shopping for a new Honda? Well I was, and after doing extensive research online and in person I was lucky enough to discover Holman Honda in Fort Lauderdale. After I visited the 3 other Honda dealerships within my 25 mile radius for the same car I quickly realized that not all Honda dealerships operate the same way. I was looking for a great price, friendly service, and not to be taken for a fool. Obviously price was on the top of my list, and Holman Honda was lower than the three other Honda dealerships by far. Second on my list was service, I hate when you go into a business to make a big purchase and they make you feel like just another number that they need to turn to make their quota for the month. They really don't care if you buy or don't buy from them. However at Holman Honda they don't make you feel that way at all. Never do they rush you to make your decision, they don't pressure you buy saying well if you don't buy it today I can't give you this offer. Third on my list was not to be taken for a fool, nothing is worse than going to a car dealership and getting a sales person that is too 'salesy' and thinks because you are a woman that you didn't do your 'homework' or that this is your first time buying a car. I worked with the most patient, nice, and honest car salesman- David Abraham. The first time we communicated was via email, then he followed up with a phone call. I have never had a salesman go above and beyond the way David did for me. Everything was so clearly written out in his email quotes, there were no hidden fees- it was all in writing. Which for some reason none of the other 3 Honda dealerships in the area would do that for me which was so frustrating. I highly recommend Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale over any other Honda dealership in the area, this had to be the BEST car experience I have ever had and this is my fifth Honda. I will definitely be back when it time for a new Honda! More

Before I purchased my new car, I did my "homework" to find the best deal. Out of all the dealerships I went to and also got quotes from online, HOLMAN Honda offered the lowest Out The Door price. Their first response to my email was a phone call, in which I was accidentally misquoted for the car. The salesman, Chris D'Amico, called me back with the correct quote which was a bit higher (but still the best deal), and said Greg Williams (the sales mgr.) had a "surprise" waiting for me at the dealership to make up for the mistake. I have to admit, although I wanted and needed a new car, I had much trepidation as I was expecting the typical pushy salesperson of the past. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesperson, Chris, was not pushy in the least. Quite the opposite. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Plus he has a charming personality, that aside from the good deal, made me WANT to purchase a car from this young man! My mind was made up on the Honda Civic EX. The financial transaction went very smoothly. Every piece of paper that I signed was explained to me and again, I felt quite comfortable knowing there weren't any "hidden" fees. (As another dealership had warned me, the price sounded too good to be true.) All in all I went away with my new car knowing I got a great deal, AND had a pleasurable experience. It was actually fun buying my new car, as it should be! I couldn't be more pleased in every aspect, which includes my new Civic EX (which rides beautifully, by the way). Oh, and my surprise? I could pick out something that I wanted from the gift shop. I ended up with a very nice gift indeed... the rubber trunk tray which was worth over $100. I am a happy customer and obviously highly recommend this dealership!! More
This is my ninth straight Honda purchase. I did some research online and saw that American Honda was offering very low finance rates. So I decided this would be a good time to buy another new Honda. I made several inquiries and phone calls to various Honda dealers and David Abraham at Holman Honda sounded the most reasonable and intelligent of all the people I spoke with. Last week, I went to see David and look at some of the vehicles and to have my 2007 Honda appraised. I got a second appraisal from Carmax which was higher than the dealer's offer, which the dealer then happily matched. I had another conversation with David exploring all of my options on both Accords and CR-V's and with his guidance settled on a new 2011 CR-V SE. Drove it home today and I am extremely happy with my experience. More
We decided to buy a 2010 Honda Accord LX after some research. I used internet quotes to avoid haggling with dealers. I picked this dealer as his dealer rating was 4.3. and he offered lowest OTD quote and the salesperson said they have the color I wanted (Black and Tan interior). he said he has black and tan interior and Silver and Black interior. Even though the dealership was 80 miles south of where I live. I setup an appointment the next day considering sales persons availability and called again before we went there again. I took my entire family as We decided to buy (need some one to drive back). Mr. Larson greeted us. We said we wanted to take a look at both the cars. He said they are missing the black and tan. He said the dealership might have sold it but still he has the black and tan in Lx-P. We asked him to check the price. He checked with the mgr and quoted $1700 over what he quoted for LX. We thought for a while and decided to buy a Silver as it was neutral color (my second choice). He said he has a bad news that the price went up and he can't honor the price he quoted and confirmed earlier by email. So, I went out and made a call to another dealer who had a diff color but promised me he can sell the car at much lesser price than what Holman offered. When I was about to leave, he said his manager made a mistake and apologized and he will honor the OTD price he quoted. We signed off the amount we both agreed since we dont want to drive another hour to another dealer to save couple hundred dollars and start the process all over again. My wife applied for the Honda finance and approved. They called her to the finance lady's office to sign the papers. The finance people wanted us to buy Honda care extended warranty for &1800. we said we need couple days to think. They said they will send the papers by mail. When I received the papers I found amount financed was about $86 more than OTD price. When I called the sales person for the difference, he said he does not know about I should talk to finance. I made many calls to finance and they never called me back. When I called the sales person again, he said why $86 is an issue for since they offered a finance. When I pressed him that he explain why the actual OTD price is more than what we agreed and signed, he said he will get back me later as he was busy. Later he called and told it's document fee and it does not go to the dealer. But I reminded him we agreed on Out The door price whcih included all the fee paid to various agencies. he said he will call back again. Later he called again, and told because we took the finance, the American Honda charged a Lien fee for documentation. Then he said, my wife signed the back so, it's her mistake she did not read every number on the page. My wife said she signed a bunch of papers but the first page showed the amount we agreed. This did not sound right to me. I wanted to get it straight and called American Honda, they said they dont charge any such fee and get a better explanation from dealer. I was tired of calling them many times and sent mails. But there are no responses. The bottom line is I did not even haggle for even one dollar less than what he quoted to me earlier in the email. I honored and respected him but I did not get the same back. I don't like the fact that we agree on some OTD price and then they sneak up something without disclosing it. I could have given this businees to another dealer who was nicer to us and who appreciates our business that too at a lower price I eventually paid. We are planning to buy a odyssey in next couple of months. Now we know which one to avoid. I want to pass on my experience to all so they consider this in their research. More

They educated me about the policy of returning cars from the lease and what I had to do to purchase a new vehicle that I could afford. They were very friendly and patient with all my needs. I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars and I purchased the car I came in for with in my price range. I would highly recommend Steven and Greg to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new Honda vehicle. I will definately buy another car from them in the future. More
