Apathetic sales people After 4 leased Honda, I was ready for my new CRV. The salesman I used to deal with left so I met with 2 different guys. Inept and unskilled , arrogant and uninterested, they really did not gain my trust. I went to Gunther Mazda and leased a superb CRV with way more features and upscale from the CRV. Holman did me a favor ! Never again will I set foot in their place. They were able to lose two good and faithful clients in less than 10 minutes. More

Visited one Honda dealership and when I questioned the price the salesman quoted, (close to MSRP!), I was given the old "I'm losing money on the deal" xx. That was it for me. From that point on it was strictly online shopping and comparing. I did much research on models and prices and gave every dealership in the area a chance to win my business. Ultimately, my choice was Holman Honda. Excellent deal! My Sales Consultant, Amy Le, was all over my every text and email and question. All terms were agreed to before I even walked in the door. When I arrived there was no bait and switch, no pressure of any kind. Quick, smooth transaction. Even the paperwork shuffle was fast and painless. . .kudos to Pat Frenna for this. More

The general manager gave me nothing but excuses and double talk blaming everyone else but his poor service. There's many better places to buy a Honda, I suggest you try them. More

Easiest No-pressure sales experience! I needed a new car...I had owned 3 Saturns and I wanted a no-haggle, easy trade (2007 Saturn) for a new Honda Civic. Storage Charge after 20 years I dropped my car off for service as I was leaving town. Called back to see what was needed, and they told me I needed 4 new tires. Odd, since I bought a new tire a year ago and drive less than 5000 miles a year. Told them just to do what was needed. Not the tires. Picked up my car after hours, and the battery was dead. Plus they charged me $75 for storage. Been doing business with that franchise for 20 years. No more. p.s. Went to Tires Plus. Both tech and manager looked at the tires and said they were not needed. There is your answer for the service provided. More
