I owned a CR-V before and it was a great car for a long time, lasted me 8 years personally but the car itself was 18 years old. I knew I wanted a Honda Accord. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by David Roberts. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me the selection. He was very informative, and not pushy at all like a lot of car salesmen. When it came down to actually buying the car he sat and helped me find insurance and made the process simple. The gentleman who helped me with the financing, Gabe, was awesome as well. Thoroughly explained all my options and helped me pick the best one. Unfortunately, the service department was either overworked or understaffed because they did not answer their phone despite multiple phone calls over several days. I thought it was unusual customer service structure of each car service technician being responsible for their individual cars without any other support, meaning there was no other person you can talk to in regards to your car....whether it's ready...whether there's a problem with the car....
