Mark Hartmann is an excellent service advisor who is attentive and explains the issues and pricing well. My review - It was easy to make an appointment and registering when I got there was as fast. But it took about 2 hours to get an oil change. And, after adding a couple of filter changes I wound up paying over $200 for the service. I don't know if there were any coupons available for oil changes or filters but if there were any available Mark didn't mention it to me. I liked the video inspection.. More

First-time Holman customer. Had a great experience! Cesar was great to work with. The car I wanted wasn't in inventory but he told me more cars were on the way and that he would notify me when the car w Cesar was great to work with. The car I wanted wasn't in inventory but he told me more cars were on the way and that he would notify me when the car would be arriving. Once the car was located, he coordinated the initial paperwork with me so that everything would be ready when the car arrived at the dealership. The entire sales process was smooth and easy and I was in and out in a relatively short time. I've never been a Holman customer nor have I ever owned a Honda but this experience was very positive. I think this will be a long and fruitful relationship. More
