Got ripped off! Took my Honda in for shift button to be replaced and said it was sticking when I hit brake petal. Button was replaced and I was charged a Ridiculous a Took my Honda in for shift button to be replaced and said it was sticking when I hit brake petal. Button was replaced and I was charged a Ridiculous amount of labor for a five minute job when I got in my car to drive it off lot the gear stick and brake petal still sticking I was told it’s ok just new pieces. Not ok!!!! I took my car back same day and said I can’t get my car in gear when I step on brake.Same exact problem I first had! I was told that a bolt was under my brake petal that was not supposed to be there. I again was charged an unreasonable amount of money for labor for 10 minutes of work! Two weeks later my car is now doing the same exact thing that I took it in this dealership to repair and that I paid for. Very unethical and very poor service this dealership just wants to keep your vehicle broken so they can keep extorting money out of you to increase their business instead of fixing it right the first time! Very dissatisfied and will spread the word that this place is not reputable!!! More
