Pleasant a little longer than expected Mark was great, he took me right away and got me processed. Since it was something that was quick and under warranty I thought would have taken a litt Mark was great, he took me right away and got me processed. Since it was something that was quick and under warranty I thought would have taken a little faster to complete but it took almost 2 hours. I've been a honda customer for over 10 years and always happy with the service. Mark was great to work with and a real asset to the company. I usually go to coral springs honda but I felt Holman did a good job too. The honda service team didnt look in my car to see that the plastic guard that goes over the battery and radiator needed to be put back on before returning the vehicle. I think they need to be a little more aware of the vehicles or management who over sees the work in my opinion. More

Unsatisfactory results My experience was good up until I had a complimentary car wash which I waited 45 mins or more for. When I was told my car is ready. When I got to my car I could see it had not been washed at all. I could not go back and wait a further 45 mins or so. I left and called three times to report my dissatisfaction, left a voice message, but to date no response. This leaves me to believe such dishonesty of stating my car was being washed (when it had clearly not been washed) what more was not done in servicing my car that I could not see, but had paid for. More

Good job! I went for recall of the Takata airbags of my Honda. I made easy appointment for 10.30 am and was on time there. Great Experience I took my car in to get service because of a battery issue.
