Second, making an appointment ahead of time was great. Third, we were received immediately by Jeree Estrill, and she was nothing short of spectacular. She was kind from the very beginning and went beyond what you’d expect. She was also very clear and upfront with the expense. She also invited us in for coffee and snacks and made sure we understood how the coffee maker worked. It really was an enjoyable experience. She even helped me put on my shoe because I am using a walking boot but change to a normal shoe to drive. The work that was done was also very good. No issues. In summary, I really hope I find a coupon the next time so I can go back. More
