I got a card in the mail said I had 4 free oil changes with the purchase of my truck. Got my oil changed and was told the card was sent in error and they wouldn’t honor it. Service guy was nice enough, ju with the purchase of my truck. Got my oil changed and was told the card was sent in error and they wouldn’t honor it. Service guy was nice enough, just doing what he was told. Not my idea of trying to obtain a customer. Oil changes and service somewhere else in the future. More

Holm automotive has very good customer service very satisfied with that! Clerk Fritz from parts department helped greatly doing what was necessary to find a part to keep my GMC Sonoma old hot rod pick satisfied with that!
