Oversold by $4000 and sold him unnecessary warranty and gap insurance then somehow got a veteran on social security a loan for $15000 for an $8000 car. We intervened, they basically told us too bad, General Manager Chris was no help. Pretty sleazy way to sell a car and they should be ashamed. More
