Salesperson was friendly and not overly aggressive in his sales tactics. We located a hard to find vehicle at this agency and their resulting offer for a trade was fair. Although, their non-participation in sales tactics. We located a hard to find vehicle at this agency and their resulting offer for a trade was fair. Although, their non-participation in the “Parts/Supplier Discount” was costly to me, I have never before used the discount or even knew I qualified for it. This is my first GMC vehicle. So time will tell how their Service Dept. does. Right now I would rate them as “Good”. More
