163 dollars later and did not fix the problem . Spoke to management and they yes that's how it works the next step is to replace the radio. Screen was not cleaned still had finger prints as they said it was cleaned. Screen was not calibrated, touch screen still not working correctly. Screen still changes without even touching it. I asked if I went back to get the radio replaced would the 163 dollars go towards it, the answer was no. Never going back for any services. Not the first time having an unsatisfying experience. More

The whole team turned what could have been a very bad situation into a joyous celebration and me finally getting into another Jeep Wrangler!! They are the best!
