I was out within an hour! Jamie took care of the two recalls on our 2015 Chevy Silverado, plus an oil change, tires rotated, DEF topped off all within an hour! Staff is extremely friendly and asked me if I needed anything twice. They also personally took care of replacing a ball in the bed that was defective. The Silverado truck we are leasing from them is such a great truck, the best truck we have ever driven. They outdid themselves when they built this truck!! More

Another Satisfied Customer I brought my 2001 Alero in for an oil change when Chuck noticed I needed new tires right away. He did not have the tires I needed, so he offered me a loaner to use until they came in and I could come back for it. I live in Salina, but I always bring my car back to Abilene for service. Satisfied Customer My husband realized he had a flat tire at 6:00 am in the morning. He had to get to work so he took my car which left me without one. I called a friend My husband realized he had a flat tire at 6:00 am in the morning. He had to get to work so he took my car which left me without one. I called a friend and she gave me a ride to work. I called Holm Auto in Abilene where we had purchased the vehicle and talked to to Chuck Loader. I told Chuck I needed his help fixing the tire but the car was in Enterprise, Ks. He told me not to worry he would take care of everything and I would have the vehicle to drive home before I got off work. I took my keys down to the office and went back to work. Holms had my tire fixed and parked the car in the parking lot before lunch, that's superior service! Thanks to Chuck and his team my day ended up great! I'm so impressed with the wonderful friendly service we've received at Holm Auto. I also want to thank Dave Surritte, and Jeff Johnson for selling us both of our cars.
