Satisfied Customer My husband realized he had a flat tire at 6:00 am in the morning. He had to get to work so he took my car which left me without one. I called a friend and she gave me a ride to work. I called Holm Auto in Abilene where we had purchased the vehicle and talked to to Chuck Loader. I told Chuck I needed his help fixing the tire but the car was in Enterprise, Ks. He told me not to worry he would take care of everything and I would have the vehicle to drive home before I got off work. I took my keys down to the office and went back to work. Holms had my tire fixed and parked the car in the parking lot before lunch, that's superior service! Thanks to Chuck and his team my day ended up great! Excellent Service and Customer Support I work with several dealerships in the area due to having a fleet of different models of vehicles where it work. I have all of my vehicles including my ford car serviced here. The service staff is second to none. They ensure I am a 100% satisfied with the service they do for me. We brought a car for my granddaughter and had taken it to other repair shops and they could not figure out the issues. The Service shop at Holm Chevrolet got it fixed after being in three of shops. Chuck and Jamie do an excellent job of getting your car fixed right. The entire staff does a very professional job. I purchased a 2011 Transverse from Holm and the finance department got me a lower rate and any bank in the area. Holm Chevrolet also does an excellent job of supporting events such as Breast Cancer, and Prostate Cancer. They also support all of the surrounding communities, and are strong military supporter. Car Checkup I purchased a car about a year and a half ago from another dealership. I had only had the oil changed in it at a local garage. I noticed the car idli I purchased a car about a year and a half ago from another dealership. I had only had the oil changed in it at a local garage. I noticed the car idling rough and just wanted them to check things over for me. I felt that they were honest and fair about what I needed done. I had some basic maintenance done, but will be returning to fix a small problem that could turn into a large one. I didn't feel pressured to fix it immediately, but decided to do so. I was really impressed with the straight forward information I was given regarding the problem and plan to return to Holm for any other needs I may have for my car. More
