Nice and Convenient I had to take my van in to get the battery replaced and Jamie Avers was very nice and gave me a realistic time frame for when my van would be done. He even offered to buy me dinner if they kept my van too late! Luckily for him, they were done within the given time frame (haha). I also paid a very reasonable price for the services rendered. We always have a great experience at Holm Automotive Center! More

Got an appointment through Jamie, the Service Manager, who got me in at a time c Our 2007 Cadillac DTS has 96,000+ miles on it and needed new brakes. Got an appointment through Jamie, the Service Manager, who got me in at a time convenient for me; said it would take about an hour (took 59 minutes); got me back on the road and the brakes work as well as the first day I drove the car off the lot. Great Service - Done Right The First Time. We have purchased 12 vehicles in 15 years from Holm's and always have them serviced at Holm's. They are true professionals who take care of not only the vehicles, but also the customer. All employees and Tim Holm, the owner spoke as they came near or stopped to asked how I was doing or have a brief conversation. A great model for other businesses who want to learn about customer service. Great people doing great things for others!!! More

Fixed my tire anxiety! Overnight a slow leak in my driver's side rear tire showed up on my 2014 Volt as 6 psi. Yikes! Aired it up and drove 30 miles to Abilene. I was anxious because the "special" tire was not in stock, but Greg had told my on the phone that they could repair the tire. Service staff repaired the tire quickly. Great service, as always. More
