Holiday Rescue During the Thanksgiving ice storm I ripped the rubber seal off of the back door of my Chevy Equinox when I forced the frozen door open. I could clear During the Thanksgiving ice storm I ripped the rubber seal off of the back door of my Chevy Equinox when I forced the frozen door open. I could clearly envision driving down the highway with air whistling through the gap created. I was not happy. I drove the Equinox in to Holm Automotive on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Greg Bilderback addressed the problem, putting us back on the road in less than 15 minutes at no cost to us. That was a "Wow!" performance that left both my wife and I giggling with delight.
