And, if you have had a bad day--and often when visiting a body shop you have--Andy causes you to feel better simply by being who he is. Did I mention that he is also patient? Fair, Friendly, and Helpful We broke down in the middle of a road trip on our way home, only to have Holm tell us that it was so bad we might need a new car. It was a very stress We broke down in the middle of a road trip on our way home, only to have Holm tell us that it was so bad we might need a new car. It was a very stressful situation to be in, but Jamie really helped us through it. He put all the options on the table, including buying a new car there, but he didn't pressure us. In the end, he found a replacement engine for our car. He installed it and performed some other work to make sure the job was done right, and he stayed in the budget range he gave us. He showed genuine personal concern for us, and the car's been running great these two weeks since we got it back. Thanks Jamie! It's really too bad that our engine blew up on us, but by God's grace it happened just outside of Abilene. A very friendly regular customer even gave us a ride to and from the car rental place while we were waiting on the engine work. Thanks Kim Shaffer! More

out of town experience This happened some months ago…sorry for the delay in getting this out...I was visiting my son who lives in Abilene…I am from Scottsdale, Arizona & ha This happened some months ago…sorry for the delay in getting this out...I was visiting my son who lives in Abilene…I am from Scottsdale, Arizona & had a rental car from the airport in Wichita…was heading back to the airport to catch my flight..…when I noticed a low tire warning light on…so I stopped in & Jamie Avers was so very kind..took care of it right away & got me on my way to Wichita… Again sorry for the delay in this…. I received excellent service there…without an appointment…I would recommend Holm Automotive Center to anyone. More

Got my brakes fixed.
