Service Department I always go through Holm for services on my vehicle and Chuck is always incredibly helpful. Excellent and Professional I called Chuck approximately 1 month prior to being in Abilene. He attempted to help diagnose the issue over the phone and even ordered the parts ahea I called Chuck approximately 1 month prior to being in Abilene. He attempted to help diagnose the issue over the phone and even ordered the parts ahead of time so they would be ready to install the day before Thanksgiving, when we would arrive in town. Chuck is a very informed Service Consultant whom does his job very well and is extremely professional. We live in SW Kansas and waited a month and a 4 hour drive just so we could take our vehicle to Holm Automotive, where we knew the service and treatment would be top of the line. More

Outstanding long distance support I was driving across the country from CA to NC and hit a racoon just outside Abilene. My chevy cobalt was undrivable but I had to get to NC and could I was driving across the country from CA to NC and hit a racoon just outside Abilene. My chevy cobalt was undrivable but I had to get to NC and could not wait for the car to be fixed. Holm Automotive went above and beyond in their dealings with my insurance company and even drove me to a car rental place to get me on my way. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and then I arranged to have it shipped to me in NC. Andy and Dede were exceptional in their service and willingness to work with me over the phone.
