We were traveling from South Carolina to Colorado and started having regeneration issues in our GMC 1 ton pickup, pulling a 35’ camper. It would not regenerate and put the truck into reduced power mode, started having regeneration issues in our GMC 1 ton pickup, pulling a 35’ camper. It would not regenerate and put the truck into reduced power mode, which is dangerous for an rv on the intrastate. We made it to a campground outside of Abilene on Sunday and went to Holm, first thing Monday morning. They were able to work us in and spent most of the day diagnosing our issue and fixing it. They kindly gave us a loaner car so we could get back to our rv, get lunch and rest until it was fixed. They have an excellent diesel technician and the problem appears to be resolved. (This was after a failed attempt at a fix in Columbia, Missouri.) We are extremely grateful for their service department to get us back on the road to continue our journey. More

I had the dreaded yellow light come on my dash board--"check engine":. Took it to Holm Automotive in Abilene, Ks, a Chevy dealer. I did not buy my 2018 Impala there--but I was treated as if I was board--"check engine":. Took it to Holm Automotive in Abilene, Ks, a Chevy dealer. I did not buy my 2018 Impala there--but I was treated as if I was a life long customer--from several personell I met while waiting for the repair, including tjhe fastidious and friendly janitor and cleaning lady. What a refreshing experience, people who more than just care a bit. My service consultant man was Lance Gentry--kudos to him, very trustworthy. I will come see Lance in the futuire! More
