great place with great staff I went to Holm's Automotive Center in need of a service on my '14 Chevy Cruise. Something was wrong with the negative wire connecting to my battery. Greg Bilderback was more than helpful and knew just what to do. I was in and out in just about an hour. I was very pleased with everything and I will continue to come back to Holm's for my future car needs! More

Treated Well I was told that I needed additional service work on my vehicle...which I was aware of. But when Chuck told me what I needed, I remembered I had a coup I was told that I needed additional service work on my vehicle...which I was aware of. I was allowed to leave without paying my invoice, and come back with the coupon...which ended up saving me a bit of money. Thank you for your honesty and helpfulness. More

Oil Change with a smile Fast and spot on service every time! It is worth the small drive to Abilene to get the care for my vehicle. Poor communication/customer service My truck was in this shop for over two weeks. Thousands spent, or wasted. Communication was poor. My fuel tank was full when I took it in, and empty when I picked it up. More

It was good service. They make the experience easy there, because they are make sure you are comfortable while waiting for your car to be serviced. Blessings!!! After a 6 month job assignment in Colorado and me flying back and forth to visit every 2 weeks, my husband and I were finally on our way home to India After a 6 month job assignment in Colorado and me flying back and forth to visit every 2 weeks, my husband and I were finally on our way home to Indiana. On our second day of travel his vehicle started 'driving' weird. When we finally decided to stop and get help , we were blessed to only be a block from HOLM Automotive Center!! It was New Years Eve (2018) so we had to wait 2 days but the customer service was well worth it!! As soon as we got there at 8am my husband was greeted by Matt who listened and kindly aided my husband to the service department. At this point Greg took over. As i waited in the customer lobby a very kind gentleman walked up to me and wished me a happy New Year's!! This was the nicest gesture and I knew we were okay. (I later found out that this was the owner Tim who had wished me a Happy New Year) Phil was the pleasant gentleman that drove us back to the hotel while his car was being worked on. During our wait time Greg kept my husband informed via phone of what problems we had to look forward to having fixed. Before showing up in Abilene, Kansas we were already prayed up and God directed us straight to Holm Automotive Center!!
