Outsttnding Service Center I called Chris Eckert when I needed to replace a lost remote and within 24 hours I was informed it was available and it was programmed and ready to us I called Chris Eckert when I needed to replace a lost remote and within 24 hours I was informed it was available and it was programmed and ready to use within the 24 hr period. Greg, in service, worked me in fast and when the bill came it was higher than the quote I was given. Greg couldn't contact the person who gave me the quote so he adjusted the bill on the spot and had me on my way. It is great to deal with a company who empowers their employees to make on the spot decisions and also believe their customers. It's no wonder they are a 5 Star Dealership and it is so deserved!
